Recent research from the European Union has proven that 28% of the interviewees is willing to work abroad in the future. Despite this high percentage, many people face problems when it comes to working abroad. Problems which people prevent from working abroad.
One of the problems is the vagueness with regards to social security. Most of the social security systems differ by country. Another problem is the recognition of the diplomas. There is not 1 uniform system for diplomas and besides that it’s very difficult to verify diplomas. A third problem point is that companies don’t bid on foreign tenders. The guidelines or unclear and (international) laws discourage participations.
