Our client is a world leader within the retail arena. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced inside sales representative to join their Munich headquarters.
The role: Reporting to the inside sales manager, the inside sales representative will be responsible for all sales and support (customer service) for the Dutch / Belgian market.
Tasks / responsibilities:
Identifying and closing business in assigned accounts.
Managing the day to day inside sales process.
Coordinating account meetings.
Receive, review and process customer orders via email, fax, phone.
Offer excellent customer service.
Following up on leads via email and telephone.
Coordinate with marketing & participate in marketing events.
Responsible for full knowledge of all products and policies before they are presented to the customers.
Your profile / job requirements / competencies:
To be considered for this Dutch speaking position you should have the following attributes and skills:
Native Dutch and fluent in English is essential.
1 or more years experience in customer service or sales.
Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, and self-starter.
