Globaljobbing is pleased to be working with a dynamic and entrepreneurial company who have grown extensively over the past years. They are currently looking for a team leader in Prague.
In this role you will coach, manage, mentor and lead a team of 12 – 15 FTE (customer services advisors) within an inbound environment. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the set SLAs and maximising the output through continuous process improvement and performance management of the team.
Tasks / responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of teams achievements against agreed service level agreements to ensure that targets are achieved.
Promotes team building and forms good relationships with other areas of the business.
To identify the training and development needs of team members in order to meet project roles and responsibilities.
To regularly update and appraise individuals in order to review progress against project objectives and identify any development needs.
Conducts performance reviews and sets objectives.
Manages time effectively and meets agreed deadlines.
First point of call for any escalation calls.
To be responsible for the day to day reporting and management of the project team members, including support function members.
Your profile / job requirements / competencies:
Native Dutch / Flemish speaker, and fluent in English.
Bachelor or Master Degree (business / economics).
Demonstration of an excellent range of effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style according to demands of the audience is essential.
An individual who has real passion to deliver excellent service.
Be self motivated, determined & disciplined.
