Due to our accelerated growth and recent acquisitions, our client in Dublin is currently seeking an 4x Inside Sales Representativeto join their highly-skilled team. A diverse and challenging opportunity within a well known / dynamic and international company.
The role:
As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will focus on sales development and relationship building with current and new clients. The program will include outbound calling as well as fielding inbound sales opportunities generated from prospective customer inquiries (telephone and website inquiries). Using your experience in identifying and understanding a prospect’s business needs, you will provide solutions including products, programs and services to drive revenue.
Tasks / responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers over the phone.
Research and troubleshoot orders as needed.
Cultivating interest and sales through cold calls, emails and networking.
Meeting quantitative goals for prospecting, presentations and sales.
Receive, verify and resolve customer concerns.
Learn all sales techniques including but not limited to sales scripts, overcoming objections, rebuttals, and customer service techniques.
Maintain working knowledge of all sales and customer service policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities and / or duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
Your profile / job requirements / competencies:
Fluency in written and spoken English with one of the following languages: Dutch / Flemish / German / Spanish / Italian / Turkish / French / Swedish / Finnish or Norwegian.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communications required.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with a wide variety of personalities.
Want to work in Dublin for at least 1 year or longer.
