Recent study reveals that approximately 10% of the Dutch job seekers would prefer to work abroad. Young people and professionals especially have extra interest in working abroad.
Belgium, Germany and England are most popular EU countries with the interviewees. Also the groups of 40+ and self employed people have, because of the great competition in the Netherlands, more interest in working abroad.

Doing business in foreign countries becomes more fundamental, as well as dealing with different cultures, norms and values. Having empathy in other cultures is indispensable and it is something which you better start sooner than later.
