32% of the Dutch professionals are interested in working abroad. 24% of the interviewees could be interested, but only if the job is more challenging and better paid. The rest (44%) prefers to work in the Netherlands.
Professionals from other countries show obviously more interest in working abroad. Internationally 69% of all interviewees are interested in a vacancy abroad. Notable: 65% of the Polish people are not interested in working abroad.
